FOUR POINT INSURANCE INSPECTIONS
Many times, insurance companies will require an inspection on homes more than 20 years old before they will cover them. Wagner Home Inspections offers a Four Point Insurance Inspection for these situations! The four areas/systems checked include:

The roof covering is checked for its age and life expectancy. The three systems are checked and any improvements and upgrades are noted along with their ages (where possible). The inspector will write his findings in a letter, which we will send to the client as well as the insurance company.
As members of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, we are also qualified to perform Four-Point Inspections for Citizen's Property Insurance! This means that you no longer need to have a licensed electrician come out to the property, which saves you valuable time and money!
